Torque project gets Kalam`s backing -- Business Standard
Torque Technology Solutions, the Thiruvananthapuram Technopark-based technology company, has received an encouraging note from President APJ Abdul Kalam for the company’s idea to promote student entrepreneurship in Kerala.

Torque launches arm to tap mobile media market -- Business Line

Thiruvananthapuram Feb. 12 Torque, a company incubated at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, is launching a subsidiary called MobME to cater to the mobile media and entertainment market.

MobME will be based in Kochi, but will have its development centre in Thiruvananthapuram, said Mr Sanjay Vijayakumar, CEO, Torque. A group of non-resident Indians has invested $1 million in the new venture, he added. more>>
